How does the shopping cart work?


If a customer selects a product category, he will see a web-page with the list of the available products of that category. If he clicks on the image of any product, he will go to the page of the related product where he can read all the useful information concerning the selected product, including its price. In case he would like to buy it, the client has to click on the shopping cart icon in order to add that product to the shopping cart.

Now the selected product has been added to the shopping cart. The customer may add other products, remove any included one or simply change the quantity, just clicking on “Cart details” at the top or “Cart details” under the login field.


Subscription/Login


In order to buy any product, it is necessary to apply for subscription.

If the customer has not subscribed yet, he can do it by filling the subscribe-form. Then in a few seconds the server will send him the login password.

If the customer has already subscribed, he only has to login so that the system recognises him.





How long does delivery take?


Montanino delivers the products to the whole national territory.

The delivery time indicated in the confirmation e-mail and in the order page are approximate. In fact sometimes the supply of some items or unfavourable weather conditions (for example for the delivery to islands) may cause a delay of a few days.



What happens if I am not at home when the parcel is delivered?


If the courier does not find anyone at the delivery address, they leave a notice card for you and the day after make a second attempt to deliver the parcel. If the second attempt is useless too, the parcel is stored by the local depot of the courier.

It is possible to have the parcel delivered again by contacting the local office of the courier (they write a phone-number on the notice card).

ALL THE COSTS OF THE REDELIVERY ARE CHARGED TO THE CONSIGNEE AND HAVE TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE COURIER ON DELIVERY.



How can I exercise the withdrawal right?


The purchase is regulated by the Law Decree no.185 dated 22/05/1999

Within 10 days from the goods receipt the buyer shall send a written note with the intention to exercise the withdrawal right and return the purchased whole and undamaged item, complete with all its components and inside its original packing. The goods shall be sent to the following address at the buyer’s cost:

The refund (net of delivery costs) will be effected within 15 days from the goods return receipt by the payment term chosen by the buyer, preferably by bank transfer. In this case the buyer shall indicate the complete bank details for the refund. The bank account for the refund shall be in the name of the buyer.

It is understood that the withdrawal right can be applied exclusively to private buyers, not to any professional / business companies.



Thus, in order to exercise the withdrawal right, the only costs the buyer has to bear are the registered mail and the transport for the return of the goods.

When I buy a product, do Montanino issue a receipt or a commercial invoice?


When the client buys a product, he can choose if he would like to receive a commercial invoice or a receipt?

In case he chooses the commercial invoices, the client can indicate all the invoicing details if they are different from the delivery details, but it is necessary to indicate the Fiscal Code or the VAT number.

Anyway in both cases either the receipt or the commercial invoices are delivered in a closed envelope together with the goods (where the transport documents are kept).
